✅ Orders are shipped within 48 hours of placement and delivered within 4-7 working days depending on location.
✅ Full refunds are provided for orders that are canceled, lost, or undelivered to your location.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We put love and care into every Lil Lollipop garment, but if you're unsatisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
📌 How to Request a Return/Exchange?

📌 Return Guidelines:
✔ Products must be in original condition with all tags attached.
✔ Items should not be worn or washed.
✔ Shoes must be returned in the original box & packaging.
✔ Self-shipped returns should be dispatched within 48 hours after raising a return request.
✔ A flat shipping & handling fee of ₹100 per product will be deducted from the refund amount.
📌 Non-Returnable Items:
The following categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect at the time of delivery:
- Sunglasses
- Caps
- Bags
📌 Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned product.
- Customers can opt for a Store Credit (Lifetime Validity) or a Cash Refund.
- Store Credit will be provided as a coupon code that can be used for future purchases.
- Orders purchased using a Coupon or Gift Voucher are Non-Refundable but can be exchanged.
