Our team, suppliers & partners are abiding by the advise of WHO & Government of India to ensure all our deliveries are picked & packed in a safe environment and our teams stay fit and healthy!

We are currently offering FREE Shipping pan India for all orders above INR 1,000. For International delivery please write to us at  info@lil-lollipop.com.

Can I expect any delays in orders you’re shipping?

At the moment there is no delays from our side.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Order are scheduled to arrive within 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination. In event of a delay, we will notify you by mail.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

RETURNS

Love and care goes into every Lil Lollipop garment, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange with 7 days of receiving your item.

To return or exchange any product - Whats App us on 9971430603 a picture of the product and the order number and we shall arrange for the reverse pickup.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition with all the original tags still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed. If you are returning shoes, please return on the original box and bag along with the labels.

We all get gifts we don’t need. We offer exchange on gifts within 7 days. Simply Whats App your order number on 9971430603, and you can exchange for a different item of the same value or more, providing you pay the difference. Postage and packaging cost will be incurred for gift exchanges.

Due to the current situation as soon as you’ve decided you’d like to exchange or return, please contact us at  info@lil-lollipop.com. We are happy to organize a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.

Please note all purchases made during SALE are Not eligible for Refund but we can issue a credit note against the same.

Lil Lollipop is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

  2. For Returns / Exchange our team may request you for further information / photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
  3. All purchases made with a Coupon/Gift Voucher are Non-Refundable. However, it can be exchanged if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
  4. All our courier packages carry a "Lil Lollipop Seal Sticker". Please do not receive the package in-case the package does not carry the Seal Sticker.
  5. In-case of any claims regarding shortage of items received we will require the customers to share short video of Unpacking, so a claim may be raised against the courier company.
